Adding Product to an Existing Order

Home > Inventory > Stock Order > Edit Stock Order

  1. You will need to login to your account to edit any order
  2. Click ‘Inventory’ in the menu tab, then ‘Stock Control’ on the side bar, followed by ‘Order Stock’
  3. Click ‘Edit’ on the ‘Order History’ list to view an order on the order history and make changes if required. This will take you to the NEW STOCK ORDER screen
  4. Update the ‘Order Products’ section by
    • Entering the product name
    • Entering the quantity and price
    • Click ‘ADD’ when you are ready
  5. You can use the ‘Auto-fill  with reorder amounts’. This only works if you have previously set this up. See how to do this (insert link)
  6. You can also import a product list to add more products
  7. Click ‘Export CSV’ : a template with your current order will be download to an Excel file
  8. Add more products to this template by adding the product names, quantities and their Prices
  9. Save this file in a folder on your PC where you will be able to locate it easily
  10. Click ‘Import CSV’ to add the product list you have saved down to the order
  11. Click FINISH
